Tore Andre Nilsen, Founder and Vice President of Research and Innovation, IntraPoint
Tore Andre Nilsen has been working with Internet technology since the early 90's. Through studies at NTNU and his work at SINTEF, he has obtained extensive experience in Internet system development and strategic management applications. He has spent the last 10 years in combined management and technology positions working with Knowledge Management, Content Management, Project Management, Learning Management, Enterprise Architecture and Crisis Management.
Today, Nilsen is the founder and owner of multiple software businesses in Europe and the United States. He is also involved in multiple product development projects, research projects and consulting projects. He is the founder of Wise Online Services Inc, General Partner of IntraPoint AS and the Chairman of TAN holding AS. He has held the positions of CTO or CEO in IntraPoint AS from 1999 - 2002. He worked at The Center of Business Development and Productivity at NTNU/SINTF from 1998 - 1999. In Europe largest research program in Project Management, PS2000, at SINTEF Industrial Management from 1995-1998. From 1993-1998 he held a part time position as system developer and learning material producer in The Further Education Program in Project Management at The Norwegian Institute of Technology.
